Key things to know about EAP Counseling Benefits

  • Ease of access. You do not need to be enrolled in Rollins' medical plan to participate in the EAP. Employees and dependents may use the toll-free line (888-882-1985) as the single access point for EAP services. Our experienced staff will explain the EAP service, arrange an “in-person” or “telephone” assessment and approve you to begin work with your EAP counselor. The assessment can help identify issues and appropriate courses of action.
  • In-network care. In most cases, your EAP Counselor will be in your insurance network, allowing you to continue to see the same counselor if you need more than the four EAP sessions. However, you will need to pay your deductible and copay for these continuing sessions.
  • Whether you’re looking for information, work/life resources, or confidential counseling, EAP Works can help with a simple call to 888-882-1985 or log on at www.eapworklife.com with the username: pest and password: control.
